Acceptance of Terms

By entering Poker Depot Geraldton or using any of our facilities, including the poker room, physical poker tables, and card lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, poker players, and guests. If you do not agree, you must not enter the venue or participate in any poker activities.

Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 16 September 2026 and apply to all visits from that date onward. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the venue after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Offline Poker Only

Poker Depot Geraldton is a physical, in-person poker venue. All poker activities, including poker nights and private poker, take place offline at our physical poker tables. There is no online poker, remote play, or digital poker tables. Poker players must be physically present to participate. No electronic devices may be used to facilitate remote poker play.

Conduct Standards

All poker players and guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other players. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the poker room and card lounge.

• Follow all instructions from venue staff regarding poker table etiquette.
• Do not damage physical poker tables, chairs, or other property.
• Maintain a respectful tone and avoid aggressive or intimidating behaviour.
• Keep the poker room and card lounge clean and tidy for all guests.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to enter Poker Depot Geraldton and participate in any poker activities. Proof of age may be required upon entry. Valid government-issued photo ID is required. Minors are not permitted in the poker room or card lounge.

Reservation Process

Reservations for poker nights, private poker, and use of the poker room can be made through our reservations page or by contacting us directly at +61 8 6274 8519 or [email protected]. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. Provide accurate contact information when booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion.

Arrival and Check-In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled poker session to complete check-in. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your reservation if the poker table has been reassigned.

• Check in at the reception desk upon arrival.
• Have your reservation confirmation and ID ready.
• Inform staff of any special requirements before your session begins.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for poker nights and 48 hours for private poker bookings. Failure to cancel within the required notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Contact us by phone or email to cancel. No-shows may be restricted from future reservations.

Assumption of Risk

By entering Poker Depot Geraldton and participating in poker activities, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with being in a public venue. You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to hold the venue harmless for any injury or loss except where caused by our gross negligence. This includes risks related to the physical poker tables and general premises. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker Depot Geraldton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the venue or participation in poker activities. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Ownership of Content

All content on this website and within the venue, including text, graphics, logos, and the 'Depot Platform' design, is the property of Poker Depot Geraldton and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. The poker room and card lounge designs are also proprietary.

Trademarks

'Poker Depot Geraldton' and the associated logo are trademarks of the venue. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited. This includes use in domain names, social media, or advertising.

Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. We will notify visitors of material changes by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the venue after changes constitutes acceptance.

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the venue will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. This applies to all poker activities and venue use.
